1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and cucirm ("Platform", "We", "cucirm") governing your use of the cucirm.fun website, the cucirm mobile app, and all services provided by cucirm.

By accessing our website, downloading the app, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any cucirm service, you automatically confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all provisions of these Terms. This acceptance remains in effect for as long as your account is active on cucirm.

2 Platform Eligibility

Any false or misleading information provided during registration may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds in the account.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keep your cucirm account password confidential at all times and do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Ensure no one else uses your account, including family members or friends.
• Notify cucirm immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation.
• Ensure your personal information is kept up to date via your account settings.
• All activity that occurs within your account is your sole responsibility, even if carried out by another party without your knowledge.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Deposit Rules:

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

• Any attempt to hack, cheat, or manipulate game outcomes through third-party software, automated bots, or any other method is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.

7 Accepted User Conduct

Cucirm expects all users to behave respectfully and responsibly in all interactions on the platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension or closure:

• Use of abusive, threatening, or harassing language when communicating with the support team or other users.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the operations of the cucirm platform in any way.
• Sharing or selling your cucirm account to any third party.
• Use of a false identity or another person's information during registration or KYC verification.
• Any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law, including money laundering and financial fraud.
• Attempting to exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform for unfair personal gain.

9 cucirm Limitation of Liability

10 Account Suspension & Closure

Cucirm reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within the designated timeframe.
• Requests from law enforcement agencies or regulatory authorities.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the cucirm support team. Any valid balance in the account will be returned upon completion of the verification process, provided there are no outstanding Terms violations.

11 Amendments & Changes to Terms
